1.5 oz Meteoro
0.75 oz lime juice
0.75 oz hibiscus syrup
1 mint sprig
1 pinch worm salt


Activate the mint sprig and place in shaker with the rest of ingredients; shake and pour over fresh ice

Garnish: worm salt rim and fennel sprig

1.5 oz Meteoro
1 oz fresh pineapple juice
3/4 oz cucumber juice
1/2 oz lime juice
3/4 oz agave syrup
4 drops habanero bitters


Shake all ingredients and pour over fresh ice

Garnish: dehydrated pineapple slice and worm salt on glass/ foam

option 2: pineapple leave+ worm salt on glass/ foam

Velvet

1.5 oz Meteoro
1.1/4 oz fresh pineapple juice
0.50 oz Domaine de Canton Liqueur
0.25 oz hibiscus honey
2 pzs of yellow lemon zest


All ingredients to the shaker but the hibiscus honey: shake and pour over fresh ice, Add the hibiscus honey with an eyedropper or barspoon; don´t stir

Garnish: Hydrated hibiscus flower and yellow lemon zest

ac mezcal

1.5 oz Mezcal Meteoro
0.5 oz campari
1 oz lime juice
1 oz cinnamon syrup


Add all ingredients to shaker, pour over fresh ice

Glass: old fashioned

Garnish: Cinnamon stick and dehydrated slice of fruit

bloody spatial

 

1.5 oz Mezcal Meteoro
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz spring onion vinegar
2 oz tomatoe juice
Worcestershire Sauce
maggie sauce
tabasco


mix all ingredients and pour over fresh ice

Garnish: worm salt on glass, pickles, a pair of chillis, spring onion
